About Zoe

Hello, I'm Zoe, founder of SoulSpace Pastoral.

Based in Staffordshire, I have spent my career supporting children, young people, and families across mainstream secondary and sixth-form education settings in Staffordshire and Cheshire. My professional background began in teaching, but I soon discovered that my true passion was helping young people overcome the personal challenges that can often stand in the way of their wellbeing, confidence, and success.

Over the years, I have worked extensively with young people facing a variety of difficulties, including mental health challenges, trauma, eating disorders, SEND, social and emotional wellbeing needs, and periods of transition or uncertainty. My focus has always been on creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I believe that having a trusted, non-judgemental person alongside you can make a significant difference during difficult times. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and mutual respect, helping individuals and families build resilience while navigating life's challenges.

Alongside my professional experience, I also bring personal understanding of the complexities involved in accessing support through education, mental health, and SEND services. This insight allows me to offer practical guidance alongside emotional support, always recognising that every family's journey is unique.

At SoulSpace Pastoral, my aim is simple: to provide a caring and supportive space where children, young people, and families feel valued, understood, and empowered to thrive.

You don't have to navigate challenges alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
